My daughter Julia introduced me to Peter two years ago. Julia and her husband were moving from Pasadena to Massachusetts, and they were in a hurry because they were starting new jobs. Peter is very knowledgeable and experienced in his job. We were newbies when we started looking to buy a house and were thinking to look around for a year before buying; however the knowledge Peter shared helped us mature fast, finally ending up buying a house in about a month of search. I think Peter's best quality is that he provides honest opinions about the pros and cons of the houses we saw that helped us make decisions quickly. Peter is highly responsive and quick in providing answers and suggestions. There were some major hiccups just before our closing, for which Peter's diligent interference with the lender proved inevitable in moving things forward. Peter not only managed to address the lender's demands quickly, but also helped maintain a perfect emotional balance between the buyer and the seller, and everyone else involved, which was key to having our closing work out well. Overall, I highly recommend Peter for any real estate business.
